Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vowfinity. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your account

• You may create one account per person
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You may delete your account at any time from the You tab → Delete account

Acceptable use

You agree not to harass others, upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' private data, reverse engineer the service, or use automated tools to abuse invite codes or game systems.

Couple features

Vowfinity is designed for two partners linked by invite code. Content you share with your linked partner — including daily voice notes, game answers, Memory Jar entries, cheat sheet notes, and activity results — may be visible to that partner while your couple link is active.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Vowfinity a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the app to you and your linked partner.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vowfinity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to Vowfinity during the preceding 12 months or INR 100, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All Vowfinity trademarks, branding, software, designs, graphics, text, and related materials are owned by Vowfinity or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without permission.

Relationship disclaimer

Vowfinity is intended for communication, entertainment, and relationship engagement purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice and are not responsible for relationship outcomes, disputes, or communications between users.

Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, infringe on the rights of others, or pose risks to users or the platform.

Beta features

Some features may be offered as experimental or beta features. Such features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Payments and subscriptions

Certain features may become paid features in the future. Applicable pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented before any purchase is completed.

Force majeure

Vowfinity shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions, or third-party service failures.

Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
